RESERVATION & CANCELLATION POLICY
The reservation is valid only after payment of the deposit equal to 30% of the total amount.
In case of cancellation of the reservation
- No penalty will be applied within 30 days before arrival and the entire deposit will be returned (net of expenses)
- From 29 to 1 day. before arrival, a penalty equal to the paid deposit will be applied.
- After arrival the penalty is equal to the total reservation
Minimum Nights
In high season (July and August) from Saturday to Saturday only half board service . In Low season minimum 3 nights.
Children
untill 3 years free , from 3 years to 9 years reduction 50% , from 10 years to 14 years reduction 30%
Services
INCLUDED : electricity, water, gas, Bed clothes and towels, Bed clothes change 1 time per week for more than 7 nights, final cleaning, cleaning 1 time per week for more than 7 nights stays.
EXTRA: change of Bed clothes € 5.00 per sheet set, € 2.50 per towel, cot / cot for children under 3 years: € 3,00 per day.
HEATING:In all the Agriturismo from October to May. € 10,00 per day.
